By accessing or using dayfed you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Description of service

dayfed is a mutual-fit hiring platform that helps employers find qualified candidates and helps candidates find roles that match their expectations. Features and availability may change as the product evolves.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use dayfed. By using the platform you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and complete.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@dayfed.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

Acceptable use

Intellectual property

All content, designs, logos, and software on dayfed are the property of dayfed, Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without our express written consent.

User content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to dayfed (such as your profile or job listings). By submitting content you grant dayfed a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it solely for the purpose of operating the platform.

Disclaimers

dayfed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular job match or hiring outcome will result from your use of the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, dayfed, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to dayfed at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If changes are material we will notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
